The Residential College Package provides a comprehensive information kit along with a select number of private, 45-minute online video consultations (purchase dependent), conducted by an Orbis consultant who currently resides at a leading residential college and has first-hand knowledge of the application and interview process.

Your consultations will cover the following:

• How to apply to residential colleges at the University of Sydney, the University of Melbourne, Monash University, and the University of Queensland

• Preparation and guidance relating to interviews, cover letters, and student resume improvement — conducted by a consultant tailored specifically to you, who has been in your position and is currently at your desired residential college*

• General information and discussion about life at residential colleges — the culture, the community, and what to expect from day one

• Comparisons between different colleges regarding accommodation, pricing, catering, facilities, social life, and academic support

Students looking to receive guidance and improvement for cover letters and interviews should purchase a minimum of two consultations, as Orbis aims to provide the absolute highest quality of advice, which cannot be achieved in a single session. For students who are preparing multiple cover letters or interviews — whether for different colleges or for colleges at different universities — we strongly recommend purchasing a minimum of three consultations. Each college has its own culture, expectations, and interview style, and dedicating adequate time to each application gives you the best possible chance of success.
